Angelika Gröschl

Angelika Gröschl has extensive work experience in strategic projects and letting advisory at Swiss Prime Site, where they have been employed since November 2015. Prior to this, they worked at Merkur Versicherung as the managing director and executive board member for corporate marketing from 2014 to 2015. From 2002 to 2014, they held various roles at Ingka Centres, including head leasing, portfolio management, asset management, and center management. Angelika'sresponsibilities included commercial property development and management, negotiation and leasing management, due diligence, and organizational development.

Angelika Gröschl has a diverse education history. Angelika obtained a Master's degree in Social Science & Economics from Universität Innsbruck in Innsbruck, Austria in 2001. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Canada in 1998. Angelika also holds an MBA from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems in Krems/Vienna, Austria, which they completed in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Angelika Gröschl has obtained several certifications. Angelika is a Certified Coach & Trainer from BALANCE Akademie, a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and has completed the Real Estate Valuation certification from HSLU Hochschule Luzern. Angelika also has certifications in Real Estate Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and in International Retail & Real Estate Property Management School from ICSC Brussels.
