Akhilesh Muraleedharan

Akhilesh Muraleedharan is a seasoned IT professional with over 15 years of experience in information technology, currently serving as Senior IT Production Manager and Vice President at Swiss Re since October 2013. In this role, Akhilesh oversees production systems, manages major incidents, and drives operational excellence across the APAC region. Previous positions at Swiss Re include Senior Workplace Architect, where responsibilities included managing the Global Communications Platform and ensuring technology adoption during the COVID crisis, and Senior Consultant focused on workplace innovation. Prior to Swiss Re, Akhilesh held various roles at Dell, culminating as a Technical Team Lead. Akhilesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
