Alexander Yasakov

Alexander Yasakov is an experienced Senior Recruiter currently leading the Southern & Western Europe Hub at Swiss Re since October 2022, overseeing the full life-cycle recruiting process in the EMEA region. Previous roles include Recruitment Advisor at iptiQ by Swiss Re and Recruitment Specialist at Swiss Re, where Alexander supported recruitment processes and advised hiring managers on various aspects such as DEI and salary benchmarks. Additional experience includes Operations Manager at Entertainment sro, Executive Assistant to the CEO at Manot, and recruiter roles at Hays and GE Human Resources. Alexander holds two Master’s degrees in Business Administration from EM Strasbourg Business School and Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
