Bongiwe Mncube

Bongiwe Mncube is a seasoned professional in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), currently serving as the Group Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead and Director at Swiss Re, as well as a DE&I Consultant for the EMEA region. Bongiwe has held various significant roles including Divisional Operations Officer and Human Resources Manager at Old Mutual South Africa, HR Manager for Nedbank Insurance, HR Practitioner at DSTV Media Sales, and Human Resources Officer at MultiChoice. In addition to extensive professional experience, Bongiwe has furthered education at IMD and holds a certification in Developing Women in Leadership from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town.
