Dawn Johnson

Dawn Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, transformation, and culture change, currently serving as Lead Learning & Development at Swiss Re since June 2006. Responsibilities include overseeing learning portfolios, leading global initiatives around talent management, and driving culture change by designing and executing strategic plans. Prior roles at Swiss Re include Lead Transformation and Culture, Global Sales Enablement, and Reinsurance Culture Transformation Lead. Johnson’s earlier career at General Electric spanned over a decade in various leadership positions focused on customer experience, process improvement, and strategic initiatives, including roles such as Expert Services Leader and Six Sigma Black Belt. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematical Economics and Mathematics from Rice University.
