Janice Veilleux

Janice Veilleux, CHRL, is the Head of Human Resources for Swiss Re in Canada and EC, leading the development and implementation of people strategies in collaboration with executive teams since February 2015. Recognized for contributions to workplace culture, Janice has been instrumental in achieving various accolades such as Best Workplaces Canada (2022-2024) and Great Place to Work certification (2021-2024). Previous roles include HR Consultant at NEO Exchange, where foundational HR policies were established, and Director of Human Resources at RSA Canada, providing strategic support during organizational restructuring. Janice's earlier experience includes roles at Aviva Canada, BMO Financial Group, and Rogers Communications, all emphasizing talent management and strategic HR initiatives.
