Jay Benton

Jay Benton has over two decades of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Swiss Re since December 2004, where responsibilities include leading the US Broker for National clients and offering Property and Casualty Treaty solutions. Prior to this role, Jay Benton held the position of Vice President at Swiss Re, working as a Specialty Treaty Underwriter on the Regional & National Broker team. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Broker at All Risks and as an Underwriter specializing in Casualty Facultative Underwriting at CNA Re. Jay Benton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Loras College, earned between 1995 and 1999.
