Manas Kapoor

Manas Kapoor is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources strategy, change management, and organizational development. Currently serving as HR Partner Lead for Group Data, Technology, and Solutions Functions at Swiss Re, Manas has successfully implemented HR strategies and cultural initiatives, especially during the establishment of a new Technology Center in Hyderabad. Previous roles include significant positions at Deutsche Bank, where Manas co-partnered on organizational development strategies and focused on leadership hiring, and at AOL Online India, managing operations and training. Manas holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and completed an executive education program in Change Management at MIT Sloan.
