Monali Dash

Monali Dash is an experienced professional in risk management with a strong background in operational risk, internal controls, and incident management. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President in Risk Management at Swiss Re since June 2020, Monali is involved in various aspects of risk management including ORM framework implementation and operational risk reporting. Prior to this role, Monali held the position of Internal Control Manager at Axa Business Services, where responsibilities included ORM policy management and control testing across different centers of excellence. Monali also worked as Assistant Manager of Operational Risk Management at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited, focusing on operational risk management and control testing. Monali's early career includes a research internship at the Public Health Foundation of India and a senior management trainee role, contributing to product development and management. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Agricultural Business and Management from the Institute of Rural Management and a BCOM in Accounting and Finance from Ravenshaw University.
