Natasha Gill

Natasha Gill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as Chief Diversity Officer and Head of People Development and Culture at Swiss Re since January 2008. In their role at Swiss Re, Natasha is responsible for overseeing HR for the Reinsurance division, which represents a significant portion of company revenues, and is an integral member of both the Reinsurance Management Team and the Group HR Executive team. Natasha’s previous positions include leading HR strategies to support aggressive workforce growth and HR integration in various countries, and prior to Swiss Re, Natasha held senior roles at Julius Baer, UBS Wealth Management, and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, where Natasha was instrumental in designing training programs and sales management strategies. Natasha holds advanced diplomas and degrees in mentoring, coaching, economics, and psychology from esteemed institutions including Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Cambridge.
