Nicholas Lesek

Nicholas Lesek has extensive experience in corporate real estate and services, currently serving as the Director and APAC regional head at Swiss Re since March 2014, where responsibilities include digitalisation thought leadership and growing high-performance teams. Previously, Nicholas held roles such as Vice President at Nomura International, focusing on corporate services and real estate, and Director at Johnson Controls in global workplace solutions. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Macquarie Group, Goldman Sachs, and Honeywell, where Nicholas demonstrated strengths in strategic leadership, engineering, and procurement. Nicholas holds an Executive MBA from the University of Hull and a trade certification in electrical engineering and process control from TasTAFE.
