Scott Wright

Scott Wright is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at Swiss Re Life & Health America since April 2019. Previously, Scott was the Owner of Wright Actuarial, LLC, providing actuarial services with a focus on regulatory changes and financial reporting from June 2018 to June 2021. Scott has also completed a Data Science Fellowship at General Assembly in 2018, enhancing skills in data analysis and predictive modeling. Prior to these roles, Scott held senior positions at Munich Re (Group) from 2004 to 2018, including SVP and CFO, where significant tax savings were achieved through strategic reorganization. Additionally, Scott has experience as an actuary at Allstate Financial, KPMG, and Capital Holding Corporation, demonstrating a strong background in actuarial analytics and financial consulting. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Ball State University.
