Tomas Durcan

Tomas Durcan is an experienced professional specializing in operational excellence and process improvement. Currently serving as the Operation Excellence Lead at Swiss Re since January 2024, Tomas previously held the role of Continuous Improvement Analyst at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from June to August 2023 and served as a Senior Process Improvement Specialist at Swiss Re from July 2021 to June 2023, where the focus was on process improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodology and various Power Platform tools. Prior experience includes positions at Henkel as an Expert Innovation Support and Innovation Support from March 2018 to July 2021, as well as office and event management at the Slovak Basketball Association from August 2015 to September 2017. Tomas holds a master's degree in Philosophy from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, earned between 2010 and 2015.
