Valentina Pavlovic

Valentina Pavlovic is a Tech & Digital Strategist at Swiss Re, with a focus on Asset Management, and has progressed from an intern to a junior strategist since joining in August 2022. Valentina co-founded Plasticycle LB, earning recognition through various competitions and grants, including the Swissnex startup competition and the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation Research Partnership Grant. Experience also includes a role as Business Strategy Manager at MAGMA Learning, which leverages AI for personalized education, and research assistance at HEC Lausanne across departments focused on organizational behavior and strategy. Valentina has provided mentorship within the SMECEYI initiative at Swissnex. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Strategy, Innovation, Sustainability, and Uncertainty from the University of St.Gallen, as well as a Master of Science in Management from HEC Lausanne and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from USI Università della Svizzera italiana.
