Zuzana Takacsova

Zuzana Takacsova serves as the SPP Analytics Lead and People Analytics Team Lead & Expert at Swiss Re since February 2018, overseeing the Slovakia segment of the global People Analytics team, improving team capabilities, and managing both technical and non-technical aspects of the People Analytics agenda. Zuzana drives predictive and advanced statistical projects, contributes to team strategy, and continues to build Tableau BI dashboards while supporting internal customers with data insights. Previously, Zuzana was a Senior Associate at PwC Slovakia and held various roles in testing and IT analysis from 2012 to 2016. Zuzana holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics: Probability and Statistics from Comenius University and a Doctor's Degree in Management Information Systems with a focus on Data Analytics from the same institution.
