Michaela Nachtrab is an experienced professional in business development and accessibility services, currently serving as the Head of Business Development Accessibility Services at SWISS TXT AG since February 2017. Michaela has been a member of the board at Social Affairs e.V. since January 2008, contributing to social innovation and intercultural projects. Prior roles include Head of Children & Project Management in the family and non-profit sector, and the CEO & Founder of VerbaVoice GmbH, a social business focused on language technologies and accessibility for the deaf and hard of hearing community. Michaela's extensive background also includes serving as Institute/School Director and District Manager for SALO+PARTNER, where responsibilities included managing vocational training and rehabilitation programs. Early volunteer experience at the Deaf Care Institute Nuremberg adds to Michaela's commitment to social aid for the deaf community. Michaela holds an MBA in International Management from FOM Munich and the University of Glamorgan and a Master’s degree in Special Education & Counseling from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
