Massimiliano Ferro has extensive experience in the air cargo industry, currently serving as the Head of Cargo Offer Development at Swiss WorldCargo since January 2006. Responsibilities include designing and managing the product and service portfolio to meet customer requirements and quality expectations while leveraging technological and operational capabilities. Previous roles at Swiss WorldCargo include participation in the Cargo Charter & Network Development taskforce, directorship for the "Project One Cargo" initiative with Lufthansa Cargo, and various managerial positions focusing on contribution optimization and compliance in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Service Agent Cargo at Alitalia Compagnia Aerea Italiana SpA from 2003 to 2005.
