Alana Gahler

Alana Gahler is an experienced professional with a strong background in employee experience design, employer marketing, and diversity management at Swiss International Air Lines since May 2014. Gahler has held various leadership roles, including co-leader of the Employee Experience Team, where responsibilities encompass culture, talent management, and diversity initiatives. Additional roles have included Senior Manager of Employer Marketing, overseeing marketing strategies and social media campaigns, as well as Senior Manager of Diversity Management, focusing on promoting a balanced work environment. Gahler also co-founded Malen im Dörfli, providing art therapy and creative workshops. Prior experience includes recruiting SAP specialists at Hays (Schweiz) AG and providing VIP services at Swissport. Gahler holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Zurich and a degree in Person-Centered Art Therapy from the Institut für Humanistische Kunsttherapie.
