Riza Alkan

Riza Alkan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product ownership, data analytics, and customer service operations. Since August 2014, Riza has held multiple roles at Swisscard AECS GmbH, including Product Owner and Supervisor of Late Collection & Outside Agencies. Prior experience includes positions at FIFA as Support HR & Services, Alphapay AG as Deputy Head of Collection & Services, and Swisscom, where Riza completed a kaufmännische Ausbildung. Riza holds a Bachelor of Science in Betriebsökonomie with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, and completed a kaufmännische Ausbildung at KV Business School Zürich.
