Damir Kušar is currently the Physical AI Lead and Director of Innovation & New Business at Swisscom, where they foster innovation and drive digital transformation initiatives. With a strong background in software engineering and product management, Damir previously held positions at companies like Siemens, Roche, and Credit Suisse, highlighting their expertise in AI, robotics, and agile practices. Damir co-founded two startups and led various innovation strategies at Axpo Group, overseeing projects that utilized cutting-edge technologies to reshape the energy sector. They hold a Master of Science in Digital Business Administration and have contributed to academia as a lecturer on AI, foresight, and innovation.
