Dr. Stefanie Jansz

Dr. Stefanie Jansz is an experienced professional in the field of technology and customer solutions, currently serving as the Head of Customer Solutions UCC, Co-Lead UCC, and Field CTO at Swisscom since March 2019. Dr. Jansz has a strong background in product management and DevOps within Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) and has previously held leadership roles in various capacities, including Head of Product Management Workplace & UCC and Product Portfolio Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Strategic Assistant to the CEO and Senior Technology Consultant at BearingPoint and working as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Business Innovation from the University of St.Gallen and a Diploma in Management Information Systems from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg.
