François Ecoffey

François Ecoffey is a leader in team development with a strong focus on Agile methodologies and enhancing reliability in procedures. They have extensive experience in various IT roles, including Product Owner and Scrum Master, at Swisscom from 1986 to 2020, where they contributed to the development of IT applications, managed stakeholder relations, and led teams through organizational transformations. François is currently pursuing a CFC de commerce at EPAC and a Diplôme d'expert en champignons at VAPKO, while also holding a CAS in Strategy & Management Information System. Passionate about customer satisfaction and digitalization, they aim to continue their career in an Agile environment.
