Gian-Marco Schmid

Gian-Marco Schmid is an experienced professional in the field of telecommunications and software engineering, currently serving as Product Manager and Product Owner for Mobile Observability at Swisscom since September 2013, where the focus has been on creating monitoring solutions for wireline and wireless networks. Previously, Gian-Marco worked as an Application Software Engineer at Hamilton Bonaduz AG, developing automation applications for pipetting robots in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, and gained early experience as an Elektromonteur with Energia Alpina and Elektro Lämmli AG. Gian-Marco holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication, an Executive MBA, and a CAS in Agile Leadership, and is set to enhance skills further with a training program at the Product Academy.
