Lincy Sahayaraj is a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in implementing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. Currently at Swisscom since January 2022, Lincy leads strategic ServiceNow implementations focusing on ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM, while also conducting stakeholder workshops for requirements gathering and process maturity analysis. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Technical Consultant at Birlasoft, delivering ITSM module developments and integration configurations, and work as a Senior Infra Developer at Cognizant, where Lincy focused on scalable architecture and user experience. Lincy's career began at Honeywell as a Software Engineer, where foundational expertise in ServiceNow integrations and portal technologies was developed. Lincy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Thiagarajar College of Engineering.
