Marco Wyrsch

Marco Wyrsch has extensive experience in the field of information security and technology, currently serving as Head of Group Security and Chief Security Officer at Swisscom since August 2011. Marco has held several pivotal roles within Swisscom, including CISO for Swisscom Business Customers and Head of Security Consulting. In addition to this, Marco is an advisor and board member at Sedimentum AG and serves as Chairman of the Board for my PocketPC GmbH, a company founded by Marco. Previous experience includes software engineering positions at Global System AG and iFOB GmbH, and an IT apprenticeship with Kanton Luzern. Marco holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Information Security and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, and is currently pursuing further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
