Mihai Vasiloiu

Mihai Vasiloiu is a Technical Lead and Certified Project Manager in Customer Interaction Management at Swisscom since November 2018. With extensive experience in the field, Vasiloiu previously served as a Senior Consultant at Genesys from January 2016 to November 2018, where significant deployments included GVP for DWP UK and various projects for organizations such as Credit Suisse and Vodafone. Before that, Vasiloiu worked as a Certified Genesys Consultant at Sopra Steria and a Genesys Consultant at INTRAROM, designing complete solutions for call centers.
