Maria Naughton has extensive experience in brand management, marketing, and customer activations. Maria currently serves as the Shopper Marketing Manager at Swisse Wellness, where they lead the development and implementation of shopper marketing strategies. Prior to this, they worked at SPC Global as the Senior Brand Manager for Functional Foods, focusing on the growth of the category through new product development and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Earlier in their career, Maria held various roles at General Mills, including Customer Activations Manager, National Account Manager/Field Team Manager, and Channel Marketing Manager. Maria also worked at Land O'Lakes, Inc. as an Assistant Marketing Manager and at General Mills as an Assistant Area Manager for international markets.

Maria Naughton has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Their concentrations were in Marketing Management and Organizational Development. Maria also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from The College of St. Scholastica, with a minor in History. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Body Pump Instructor from Les Mills International in 2012.
