Gabi Maichle is a seasoned professional in talent management and learning development, currently serving as the Head of Learning & Development at Swissgrid AG. Previously, Gabi held the position of Global Head of Talent Management at Avaloq and was Head of Talent Management & Learning at Adecco Group. Gabi is also a fiction author and has taken a career break focused on professional development. Gabi is pursuing an Executive MBA in Digital Transformation from the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons and holds a certification from the International Project Management Association obtained in 2018.
