Pascale Stalder

Pascale Stalder is currently serving as a Fachspezialistin Human & Organizational Factors at Kernkraftwerk Gösgen-Däniken AG, with a focus on training and coaching, and holds a concurrent role as Einsatzverantwortliche Care Team Kt. SO. Since September 2020, Pascale has been the HSE-Manager Safety Culture at Swissgrid AG, overseeing the development of safety culture and the establishment of workplace health management. Previously, Pascale was a Projektleiterin Safety Risk Assessment at the Bundesamt für Zivilluftfahrt BAZL and held several positions at Kernkraftwerk Gösgen-Däniken AG between 2008 and 2018, including Sachbearbeiterin Ereignisanalyse und Fehlervermeidung and Fachspezialistin Projekt- und Prozessunterstützung.
