Brady Bower

Brady Bower is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in operations and maintenance management. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success Realization at Swisslog since July 2017, Brady also has held the position of System Operations Site Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Colgate-Palmolive from June 2009 to June 2017, where critical roles included Maintenance Supervisor/Project Engineer and Maintenance Engineer, overseeing the establishment of a new maintenance department and managing budgets and performance metrics. Additionally, Brady worked as a Global Supply Chain Engineer at KIK Custom Products as a Mechanical Engineering Intern. Brady Bower holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, attained in 2009.
