Carolin Jackson

Carolin Jackson currently serves as the Head of People & Organization Switzerland at Swisslog since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading HR services and acting as a business partner for Switzerland and the Middle East, while supporting global wellbeing initiatives. Prior to this role, Carolin was with PTC, holding various positions including Senior HR Business Partner and Head of HR for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, focusing on HR governance, digital transformation, and employee wellbeing from October 2012 to December 2021. Early experience includes roles as HR Business Partner and intern positions at SGL Group, KUKA Systems, and Fujitsu. Carolin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Augsburg and completed secondary education at Carl-Orff-Gymnasium in Unterschleißheim.
