Craig Arnold

Craig Arnold currently serves as the Global Head of Customer Service Excellence at Swisslog, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Craig held various leadership positions including Vice President of Service Operations at Vanderlande from June 2017 to January 2024, and Senior Director of Facilities & Construction at Hertz from May 2013 to June 2017.
