Haziq Malek

Haziq Malek is an experienced engineer specializing in automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), currently serving as ASRS Senior System Operation Engineer at Swisslog since January 2019. Haziq has been instrumental in the startup of a new project at the Ikea Distribution Centre in Pulau Indah, Klang since 2021. Prior to this role, Haziq gained experience as a Building Technician at NOZOMI SDN BHD, addressing maintenance and repair issues, and as a General Worker at KA Four Enterprise, focusing on metalwork fabrication. Earlier experience includes a role as a Pump Attendant at PETRONAS. Haziq holds a Bachelor in Electromechanical System (Hons) from Universiti Kuala Lumpur and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Politeknik Port Dickson.
