David Kelley

David Kelley, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Performance and Planning for Swissport, overseeing resource planning and performance analytics for over 7,500 employees across 90 airlines in more than 80 U.S. stations. Prior to this role, David was the Vice President of Resource Planning and Performance Excellence at GAT Airline Ground Support, managing operations for 4,000 employees at 60+ stations. David's extensive experience in the aviation industry includes a significant tenure at DAL Global Services, where contributions spanned from resource planning to business analytics, yielding impressive operational revenue growth and employment increases. David's earlier career also involved industrial engineering roles at Sigvaris, Rapid Learning Deployment, and Shaw Industries, all characterized by successful project management and cost reduction initiatives. David holds a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University.
