Frazer McKinstry

Frazer McKinstry has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Beginning their career at Glasgow Prestwick Airport, they worked in passenger services from August 2005 to January 2006. Frazer later joined Ryanair, where they held several roles, including European Bases Manager from February 2006 to August 2016 and Group Health & Safety Manager from September 2016 to September 2017. Frazer then served as Regional Manager for Ground Operations in the UK from October 2017 to December 2018. From December 2018 to January 2022, Frazer was the Head of Function for Ground Operations, as well as the Regional Operations Director at Swissport, where they spearheaded various multimillion-euro/pound projects and implemented Swissport's Operational Model across regional clusters. Currently, Frazer is the Director of Aviation Services UK since December 2023.

Frazer McKinstry attended Belmont Academy from 1999 to 2005. In 2020, Frazer pursued further education by completing a Level 5 Operations Manager certification from the Chartered Management Institute, specializing in Operations Management & Supervision. Additionally, in the same year, Frazer also obtained a CMI Level 5 qualification from UHI.
