Mohammed Shah has accumulated extensive experience in the aviation and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Passenger Service Ground Handler at Swissport since March 2023, Mohammed previously held roles including Officer-Traval Advisor at Almosafer from April 2015 to March 2023 and Licensed Aircraft Dispatcher at GACA - General Authority of Civil Aviation in Saudi Arabia from October 2020 to January 2021. Earlier career experiences also include a Human Resources Officer at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, Customer Service representative at Arab National Bank, and Administrative Assistant at the University for Business and Technology. Mohammed holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Business & Technology and has completed additional certifications from the Glion Institute of Higher Education and Falcon Aviation Academy.
