Michael Chronakis is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in user experience research and design. As a Senior UX Researcher and Product Design Manager at Swissquote since September 2015, Michael leads a team of designers and developers, formulates UX strategies, and facilitates a user-centric design approach. Michael also serves as a guest lecturer at HEIG-VD, teaching usability testing to final year Media Engineering students. Previous roles include Digital Communication Manager at Agence-y, where Michael managed numerous digital projects, and Technological Project Manager at Gmarketing, focusing on client strategy and UX design.
