swissstaffing is the services and competence center for the staffing sector in Switzerland. It assembles 70% of the Swiss recruitment agencies that generate yearly revenue of 10 billion dollars. swissstaffing offers diverse services for its members (e.g. social security schemes, executive education, events, legal advice, research etc.) and acts as a lobbyist for the Swiss staffing sector. swissstaffing has launched a collective labor agreement (CLA) for the staffing sector in 2012. A central element of the CLA is its continuing education fund temptraining which grants advanced training subsidies to temporary agency workers. temptraining, the continuing education fund, is operated by swissstaffing.
