Catherine Smith

Catherine Smith is an experienced legal professional specializing in conveyancing and real estate. Currently serving as a New Build Conveyancing Executive at Switalskis since May 2025, Catherine has previously held roles as a Legal Executive at HARRON HOMES LIMITED and as a Paralegal at Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP. During the tenure at Womble Bond Dickinson, Catherine independently managed transactions, engaged with clients and third parties, and contributed to significant acquisition deals while also leading the CSR Committee in various charitable initiatives.
