Eric Tillman

Eric Tillman is an IT Technician at Switch since October 2024, bringing extensive experience in eCommerce and copywriting. Previously, Tillman served as an eCommerce Content Coordinator and Copywriter at The SG Companies from February 2021 to October 2024, where responsibilities included managing online storefronts, establishing ChannelAdvisor databases, creating SEO-focused content, and maintaining B2B relationships. Prior to that, Tillman worked at Zappos Family of Companies from August 2012 to October 2020, holding positions as Senior Copywriter, eCommerce Copywriter, and within the Customer Loyalty Team, demonstrating a strong ability in customer service and copywriting. Tillman studied at the College of Southern Nevada from 2012 to 2015.
