John Kossitch

John Kossitch has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. John started their career at Verizon in 2002 as a Technician/Switch/Senior Technician in the Network Repair Bureau. In this role, they led multiple projects and implemented process improvements to enhance productivity. John then progressed to the role of Manager in various departments within Verizon, including the Network Repair Bureau, Transport Operations, and Data Center Operations. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Currently, they hold the position of VP Critical Systems Operation at Switch.

John Kossitch obtained their Bachelor's degree in Technical Management from DeVry University - Westminster, completing their studies from 2014 to 2017.
