Jake O'Dwyer

Jake O'Dwyer (MCIoF Dip.) is an experienced professional in fundraising and communications, currently serving as the Head of Fundraising and Communications at Switchboard - National LGBTQ+ Support Line since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jake held various leadership positions at Stonewall, including Head of Individual Giving and Philanthropy, where responsibilities spanned individual giving and innovation from October 2021 to June 2025. Additional experience includes serving as Fundraising Operations Lead at Mencap, and multiple roles at Bloodwise, including Supporter Care Manager, where Jake successfully managed a Supporter Care team. Previous positions at Technogym and PUSH International focused on team leadership and client management, while an early career at Apple Computer involved national account management and sales optimization. Educational background includes GCSEs obtained at Beechwood Secondary from 1986 to 1990.
