Kathleen leads the Customer Success team at Switchboard. She is a dedicated customer advocate, with deep experience guiding customers to successfully realize value from SaaS and data-centric solutions. Prior to Switchboard, Kathleen spent 12 years building and scaling CS teams through hyper-growth phases, as well as consulting for over 30 early-stage companies to help them build strong customer success foundations. She holds a BSc from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
