Lilith Carrigas has been working in the technical support field since 2010. Lilith started as a Classroom Support Technician at Seattle University, then moved to Compass Group USA in 2014 as a Tier 1 Audio Visual Services Technician, a Tier 2 Commissioning and Support Technician, and a Tier 2 Engineering Senior AV Specialist. In 2018, they joined Tableau Software as a Technical Support Engineer and Senior Technical Support Engineer. In 2021, they began working at Impira as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, and is currently employed at Switchboard Software as a Technical Support Engineer. Throughout their career, they have gained experience with Python scripts, SQL, and built-in system functionalities, and has been a resource for training both new and experienced technicians.

Lilith Carrigas obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General from Seattle University in 2013. In 2020, they obtained a Tableau Server Certified Associate certification from Tableau Software. In 2018, they obtained a Dante Certification Level 1 and Level 2 from Audinate. In 2015, they obtained a Tesira Forte Certification from Biamp Systems. Lilith also has a Crestron DMC-E 4k certification from Crestron Electronics.
