Indra Bat-Ochir

Indra Bat-Ochir has a wealth of experience in the financial sector. Indra is currently employed as a Commercial Coordinator at SwitchDin since 2022. Prior to this, they were Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer at Eco Expert LLC from 2014 to 2022. Indra also held the role of Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer at IITS LLC from 2011 to 2014. Her longest tenure was at Gashuuni Gol LLC, where they served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer from 2008 to 2011. As Chief Executive Officer, they were responsible for building a total of ~115 km of roads, bridges, and highways in urban and remote areas. Additionally, they led meticulous documentation processes from preparing tender materials and negotiating contracts to preparing documents for financing and instalments of projects, mainly with the government of Mongolia as a client. As Chief Financial Officer, they managed profit and loss, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, project financing, analysis/generation of business plans, and reporting. Indra also researched and analysed a variety of data sources, government tenders, and supplier information to maintain financial performance, and prepared financial documents and detailed project plans to secure bank guarantees to finance the projects.

Indra Bat-Ochir obtained a Master's degree in World Economy from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation from 2003 to 2008. In 2016, Indra began pursuing a Phd in Economics at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and is still enrolled. In December 2020, Indra obtained a certification in Python for Everybody Specialisation from the University of Michigan.
