Will Kozinski has worked in the technology and customer service industries since 1999. Will began their career as an IT Procurement Specialist for Air France, then moved to Capgemini as a Supply Chain Consultant. In 2000, they joined Sapiens as an IT Project Manager for a Euro Migration project. From 2001 to 2010, they worked for Amadeus IT Group, where they served as a Business Solutions Manager for e-Commerce, Product Manager for API & Web Services, and Head of Customer Success & Service Delivery. In 2018, they became a Startup Advisor, Ops & Performance (OKR) Consultant and Director Global Customer Success - General Manager USA for Rezdy. In 2021, they joined SOMM'IT as Head of Customer Experience and in 2022 they became Head of Customer Success for SwitchDin. Throughout their career, Will has been instrumental in driving revenue growth initiatives, identifying strategic partnerships, and building customer success teams. Will has also advised several early-stage startups to sustainably scale and find strategic partners.
Will Kozinski received a Scientific Baccalaureat from Lycée Louis-le-Grand in 1992. Will then pursued a Master in Economics & Finance from Sciences Po Grenoble from 1996 to 1998. Will also completed a Master of Science in Industrial Management from Grenoble INP - UGA from 1995 to 1999.
