Zuhair Ahmed

Zuhair Ahmed has a wealth of work experience in the IT and Infrastructure, telecommunications and energy sectors. Zuhair began their career in 2015 as an Optimization Intern at Zong CMPak Ltd. In 2016, they became a Project Controller at Huawei, where they were responsible for forecasting, managing and executing technical operations for 2015 and 2016 projects. In 2018, they joined Tycoon Consultants & Investments as an IT & Infrastructure Intern, where they were tasked with carrying out assessments of electrical power core activities of Tycoon land developments and creating detailed financial spreadsheets. Currently, they are working at SwitchDin, where they have held three roles since 2020: Project Manager, Head of Customer Success, and CS Engineer. In their role as Head of Customer Success, Zuhair is responsible for working with C&I retailers, OEMs, DNSPs, micro-grid operators, solar installers and energy end consumers, and for ensuring successful solutions application with optimal asset and/or fleet functioning. Zuhair has also worked on software development projects for the company.

Zuhair Ahmed obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences between 2012 and 2016. Zuhair then pursued a Master of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Western Sydney University between 2018 and 2019.
