Nick Davies

Nick Davies has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nick currently holds the position of Head of Commercial at Switchee, where they are responsible for helping social housing providers achieve their goals by delivering transformative insight solutions.

Prior to joining Switchee, Nick served as Chief Commercial Officer at FITTS, where they simplified complex technology projects and ensured businesses received what they needed.

Nick also worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Sidetrade, where they used artificial intelligence to empower marketing, sales, and finance teams in growing sales and accelerating cash.

In addition, Nick held the position of Director of Business Development at Mobysoft Ltd, where they worked closely with social housing leaders to deliver robust ROI and improve operational efficiency.

Before that, Nick served as Sales Director at Advanced Learning, where they delivered next-generation SaaS and hosted technologies to the education sector.

Nick also served as Global Sales & Marketing Director at Alchemy Systems Group, where they developed the ASI Cloud brand and delivered cloud-based line of business solutions.

Nick's early work experience includes roles as CSO at intY Ltd, Sales Manager at Kardex Systems UK Ltd, Account Manager at SHI, and Sales Executive at SCC.

Nick Davies attended the University of Bedfordshire from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geology.
