Currently serving as a Research and Development Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at Switchgear Power Systems since November 2022, Tayler specializes in customizing designs to streamline assembly processes and collaborates effectively with electrical engineering teams to meet project deadlines. Prior experience includes a role as a Mechanical Engineer at Plexus Corp. and a Mechanical Drafter position at Switchgear Power Systems. Tayler began in the field as a Robotic Welder/Intern at Muza Metal Products, where attention to detail and quality were emphasized. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and an Associate's Degree in Welding Technology from Fox Valley Technical College.
