Kayla Gottschalk

Kayla Gottschalk, SFP, FMG, currently serves as the Launch Lead at Switchyards, a pioneering neighborhood work club, and is a Co-Founder of Collective Inc., which focuses on providing resources and connections for professionals in the work and place sector. Previously, Kayla founded and led Cobuilt, offering project management and consulting services to enhance built environments. Other roles include Director of Operations at Calloquy, PBC, where organizational processes were developed, and Head of Workplace & Facilities at Newell Brands, managing a substantial operating budget and workforce. Earlier experience includes project management positions at Steelcase and Haworth, as well as facility management roles at Aramark and Collier County Government. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Facility Management and an Associate in Applied Science in Architecture from Ferris State University.
